Can individual commitments be detrimental to the smooth running of existing ALSes? Should there be only one model for individual ALS members, or should each ALAC region create a model based on its own reality? I'm sorry for all these questions, but I'd like to better understand the various exchanges and reactions, some of them quite violent.
