I note that the report of the working group concluded that geographic regions is not possible to make a new scheme for ICANN regions, or perform major modifications on the current.
This implies for LACRALO tendramos to stop considering the option of short-term reestructuracina composition of passes that are recognized in the region, and work for a major improvement in the communication and cooperation between the subregions of Latinoamrica and the Caribbean.
The report also suggests the creation of a mechanism by which the passes may apply to be reassigned to a region different from that currently contains. The report suggests that this application is submitted by the government of that country and it is not clear how the opinions considerarn technics communities, non-commercial and industry of that country, or those of other potentially affected.
I believe that this point may merit a detailed discusinms LACRALO. I ask the Carlton Samuels ample information about it, as l formparte working group to this conclusion, and, if there is interest, one with a process organized discusinms leading to issue an opinion by consensus LACRALO.sta, of course, should not be in contradiction with each member organization can express their own independently if not coincide.

According To the Working Group Charter, each Supporting community That Organization and Advisory Committee members to the Working Contributed Group will now Have the opportunity to formally review and comment on this document before it is submitted to the ICANN Board. The Working Group will During the workshop host upcoming Public ICANN Meeting in Durban, South Africa and briefings will be made available to the leadership of all Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees (SOs and ACs) as needed.
The Working Group was Formed by the Board to (1) identify identity the different Which purposes for ICANN's Geographic Regions are used, (2) determine Whether the use of ICANN's Geographic Regions (as currently defined, or at all) continue to meet the Requirements of the relevant stakeholders, and (3) submit Proposals for community and Board consideration Relating to the current and future use and definition of the ICANN Geographic Regions. The Final Report will soon be formally shared Directly With The leadership of the SOs and ACs Participating in the Working Group. Later This Year, after That exchange has taken place, the Working Group will formally submit its Final Report recommendations to the ICANN Board for consideration.
