[[-- Translated text (es -> en) --]] Dear Alejandro I hope you are doing very well and also with your family, by virtue of your comment, I share the concern about the possible confusion that could be generated by the implementation of domain names with diacritics, especially Considering the history of previous decisions that have ignored these characters. It would be important for representatives and leaders of the ALS, please provide us with clarity on how this issue will be addressed and what Measures would be taken to mitigate collision risks and ensure the security and stability of domain names in the region. In addition, It would be useful to know your plans to promote the inclusion of languages. indigenous peoples and promote linguistic diversity on the Internet. The basis for this concern is based on the principle of stability and security in the management of domain names, established in the ICANN Policy Framework, which seeks to avoid confusion and ensure the integrity of the network. In addition, the inclusion of languages indigenous peoples and the promotion of linguistic diversity on the Internet is a important objective to ensure equitable access to technology and promote the preservation of cultural diversity. In conclusion, it is essential to address this issue proactively and coordinated to avoid future problems. Therefore, it is proposed that call a working meeting with representatives and experts in the material to discuss and define a clear and effective strategy for implement domain names with diacritics in the region, considering the protection of existing domain names and the promotion of linguistic diversity. Colegas,
