I spoke of the official language in ICANN, which is English. Humberto introduced LACRALO which is when I asked him if he is deeming Spanish to be the official language of LACRALO. LACRALO started as a BILINGUAL group. The first in ICANN. The plans were to increase the number of operating languages as necessary. It was the first thing decided at the first planning meeting to create LACRALO. So ROK and Humberto, you are both wrong.
