Dear Claire, without any justification the rights of those already determined as winners by acclamation are being run over. And for the rest, personally, I don't have or see any conflict of interest. And I believe that no conflict of interest that must be dealt with can be justified. I insist, a measure like the one proposed must be proposed to the Ralos for them to issue their opinion.
