Respecto de la propuesta para Surinam, de estas transcripciones se desprende que el día 14 de abril del 2014 aún no había sido presentada, y el evento estaba previsto para el 5 y 6 de Junio del mismo año, es decir no cumplía el plazo de ocho semanas previsto en el programa CROPP. Pedí aclaración de quien presentaba el pedido, y Dev respondió que él lo haría. Igualmente aceptamos con Humberto.
También de estos links y de sus documentos agregados, se desprende que para Haití y República Dominicana estaba previsto que viajaran Sebastien Bacholet (por su dominio del francés) y yo propuse a Dev. Este dijo que no podría viajar por razones de no disponibilidad de tiempo, y se consensuó que iría Sylvia Herlen Leite. Luego, como Sebastien no pertenece a nuestra Región, el programa CROPP no permitía su asistencia. Busqué a alguien de nuestra Región y lo encontré, pero no fue aceptado. Dos integrantes se retiraron del grupo de trabajo, y Sylvia propuso que viajara el Presidente de LACRALO, como finalmente se definió. Respecto del viaje de Dev a ICANN Buenos Aires, el mismo nos solicitó a Humberto y a mí la autorización para utilizar una plaza. Al menos yo entendí que era una plaza de otro multistakeholder, pero si nos pedía autorización a nosotros, se convertía en otra plaza para LACRALO. Y Aceptamos. Si no era de LACRALO, no era necesaria nuestra autorización.
No voy a volver sobre estos temas, hasta tanto tenga una respuesta del Chair de ALAC.
