the reference to the last five calls is a good point, Mirjana. It seems that we have been working on this topic for several months now. I agree that it's important and due to the IDNA2003/2008 issue it's also different from the rest, but I think we should move on to other topics rather soon. We already had possible a solution (which is currently still contained in our proposal in Section 6.7.2) suggesting to use the variant allocatable solution. If I'm not mistaken at some point the majority of the group was in favour of that solution. Instead of spending many further weeks, could we maybe check whether after the recent intensive discussions, the majority is still in favour of this solution? Then we could go on with other topics. If not, then it's of course sensible to continue the current path. Just a suggestion to cut the ongoing discussion short, because we're already way behind our envisioned time table.
