If I recall correctly, there is a minimum of editing to do to make the decade-old doc current. Perhaps it this should be standing and permanent advice, offered through a few channels -- maybe suggested to the SSAC to add to their tutorial dicumentation -- maybe the next idea for Scott Pinzon's growing library of "ICANN Start" podcasts. - Evan
