Were this community to spend as much effort on discussing ICANN policy as it does on slogans, brochures, rules&procedures and the status of Puerto Rico, we'd actually have something of value to offer those who come here through all those outreach and fellowship programs.
No kidding. I was about to point out much the same thing, that the ALAC has long been plagued by people with quixotic agendas unrelated to anything that ICANN might or might not do.
