Hi, I'm Kenneth, the new U of T PBSC Program Coordinator this year, and it was really nice talking to you over the phone just now. Attached please find five documents, and I will need you to fill in three and submit them back to me before the end of July, in order for me to match Privaterra with law student volunteers this fall -- please complete for us the project description form, the organization profile form, and the disclaimer/release of liability form. It would be best if you could e-mail me the project description and the contact form so that I have an electronic copy, but for the release I will need you to fax or mail it since it requires a signature. Our fax number is 416-934-4536.
As soon as I receive all of this documentation from you, I will be able to include Privaterra in our database, from which our students can select the types of projects that they are interested in working on.
