I'm hoping to get enough of consensus to be able to say this was endorsed by the region. I'd also like to get ALAC behind it. I'm not trying to get endorsement of Richard's statement ... you don't know him and there are always multiple sides to a story. What I'm asking for is endorsement of my complaint of secrecy / non-notice, as well as the premise that Richard's testimony is serious enough to warrant further investigation. I'm also waiting for Richard to reply to mail I sent him, asking if he's OK with providing further details if requested. - Evan
