Discussion on the web405 mailing list today has revealed that organizational representative Dennis Wilen will not be attending the San Juan session owing to aggravations associated with ICANN bureaucracy. (Sorry, but as web405 list guidelines preclude public archiving of messages, the exact text of the complaint can't be rendered verbatim).
