http://www.netcaucus.org/events/2007/youth/20070503transcript.pdf While doing some research I ran across this transcript of a May panel discussion put together by the U.S.' Congressional Internet Caucus, on teen and child behavior online, predators, MySpace, etc. There's some interesting research cited, by at least one organization I can personally vouch for. Some of what's talked about is anecdotal, but the discussion is quite relevant to consideration and development of policy about privacy, predators, teens, children etc. as recently raised in the WHOIS debate, though WHOIS is not mentioned.
