I've noticed that 3.2 of the proposed ROP requires each ALS to select one "voting representative". There does not seem to be any allowance for a designated proxy in cases where the voting representative is temporarily unable to act for any reason. In my own case, for example, I am not able to attend the upcoming General Assembly and my ALS has designated another representative. Gordon Chillcott
