The only two languages mentioned in the OP's document are English and French. I noticed this fact during our meeting put did not want to deviate our group efforts from getting the MOU finalized. Now that we are all settled back in our respective jobs/travels etc, I am putting a motion to all of you to open a voting process to include the Spanish language as part of the NARALO OPs.
