According to recently posted records mainted by ICANN Staff and available on the Announce list, NARALO elected representatives have failed to meet their ALAC participatory obligations.
Under ALAC Internal Rules of Procedure (21.10), the ALAC Chair is now supposed to privately confer with these members and encourage them to submit their resignations within two weeks.
In view of the fact that the NARALO is supposed to be conducting an election, I would deem it prudent to wait for these resignations prior to officially commencing with the current election cycle.
