Montreal all has already hosted an ICANN meeting, and I am certainly not volunteering to do another, but to set the records straight, we do have service from LaGuardia and other non-international US airports.
Sorry, didn't know about Montreal already hosting. And the US pre-clearance is available in a number of Canadian cities. The only equivalent I'd seen elsewhere is French pre-clearance at the Geneva airport and on the British side of the channel train. - Evan
