Attached are some Stratfor analyses of water problems in various countries. So if US northeast is ready to export, in frozen or liquid form, there could be a market!
The US states and Canadian provinces that border on the Great Lakes have agreed that people are welcome to all the water they want, but they have to come and drink it here. So, sorry, can't do it.
