On the proposed schedule, I don't think we have any deadlines. What I saw in Luc's message were some realistic dates for us to target if we want to have this process completed by San Juan. If there were a reason to wait, we should wait, but all I've see on the list is support for the current draft set of operating principles, with the occasional helpful and non-controversial amendment. We seem to have a disagreement on the level of accountability we should seek in the MOU. We should have a discussion about that on the list and in person, when we meet or talk, but the draft MOU shouldn't stand in the way of us adopting the Operating Procedures, which, as I read the group, is generally agreed. We'll need to formally send these to the official point of contact for each ALS for an up or down vote, but at this point, I will be surprised if we get different feedback from the formal ratification vote than we've heard here on this list. As far as what prospective ALSs have to say, I believe all prospective ALSs have access to this list. If they have strong feelings against the current draft of the Operating Procedures, I hope we hear from them. Bret
