Evan, Don't forget the cost of the signage for the booth, something that is bulky and hard to recover and re-use for each trade show, and the design cost for the signage, drapery, etc. Then there is the cost for brochures and any other informationals. Of course, ICANN may want to supply its own booth kit rather than have us (or anyone) buy a booth at some venue and go with our own catch-as-catch-can signage, drapery, and other visual signature items.
