It might be, for example, a violation of 3.3.5 or 3.3.6 (which seem to be implicated in the DROC correspondence that Gareth has shared). Where on the ICANN website do we have the email addresses of the compliance department posted? I can't even find them cited on the "ICANN Staff" page, or on the internic page, or on the contractual compliance program page.
