Related to this topic: We (the ALAC) needs to act on and ratify the comments on the RAA. Those were supposed to be finalized and to Tim Cole by the end of August. We can't wait now until our monthly ALAC call in October. Beau, If memory serves, all the substantive comments came exclusively from North American participants. So why not just send it through as a NARALO statement to Tim Cole? The importance is in the message communicated, not in whoever pretends to take credit for the Statement.
