That's helpful, but the questions are: 1. Was this item ever on the NARALO monthly meeting agenda? 2. Was it discussed? 3. If so, when? 4. If not, why not? I think it was tabled multiple times. As one of the 2018 ICANN NOMCOM delegate, I can say that we have put much effort in outreach in as much as we could. My reminder email to inform the community was such added effort. Your questions below, focus on the NARALO process, meeting agenda and how as a community you may need to better it that's all.
