Hello team, Per the action item assigned in our last plenary call, attached please find an updated draft for Rec 10 Privacy/Proxy. This update includes the action item: ICANN org apply editorial change "The ICANN Board should recommend to the next review team" to rec 10.2 (also 12.1) along with removing empty/closed in-line comments and highlighting in sections since filled with text.
