My suggestion is that we set a nominal dues number of $1,000 and when ever we actually vote on an RC budget we then dunn or refund the difference. If memory serves it was a promise to pay the former treasurer $800 made days before the WDC RC meeting to both Mike and Rick that made USAWebhost a member, and the situation then was just as confused as it appears to be now, though for a different set of reasons.
