I believe the ballot for Chair is structured improperly according to our bylaws and a previous ballot.
On Aug 1, 2003, the Constituency held a vote as to how and when voting results should be displayed. You can see the results at https://www.boardrooms.org/apps/org/workgroup/registrars/ballo t.php?id=61&
The result was that individual voting results would be published in real time during the entire voting period.
However, on the new Chair ballot presented, I notice that the ballot and voting procedure is not adhering to this standard, namely that the results of the individual votes are being with-held until after the close of the auction.
Can you please fix this, so we are in line with our rules on procedure. I realize that technically you may need to withdraw the ballot, and re-start it, but I believe it is always best to be in line with our rules and regulations.
