The attached letter identifies a number of crucial concerns related to two
RSEP requests from Donuts mentioned in the subject line, and the need to
ensure both are sent through the review of a competition authority.
Donuts is proposing an additional or “conditional” fee to register recently
expired domain names. We believe this is outside of the scope of registry
service offerings and has serious anti-competitive concerns.
This is only one of a number of concerning issues outlined in the attached
letter - and it is important these issues are properly reviewed by
competition authority, which will be abundantly clear upon review of the
letter.
