Thanks Olof, and thank you to the GAC for their flexibility. The GAC will close its Communique drafting in time to be able to attend and contribute to that session – and resume Communique drafting thereafter and/or on Thursday morning, depending on the situation at hand. In that way, the conflict with the Communique drafting would be avoided so the GAC could participate in the latter session, something the GAC Chair also highlighted as essential to David and Göran at a call yesterday. On behalf of the GAC Chair, this is a request to please move the session on “Who sets ICANN’s priorities?” from the Wednesday afternoon to avoid conflict with the GAC Communique drafting. The topic is close to a cross-community session the GAC launched in Helsinki and consequently of high interest to the GAC. It would be most unfortunate if GAC representatives couldn’t participate in this session due to conflict with the GAC Communique drafting, hence this request for change.
