[Ssr2-review] Question: SSR1 Recommendation 11

Hello all, I’m using the time over the break to dive into some serious editing of the SSR1 Recommendations, and have a question: Is this still true? "the DAAR system has been proposed to report on abuse trends across gTLDs and a number of abuse types (unfortunately, as of this writing, it still has not been published).” (See page 68 https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PAG8kh4Jg_6BNMbkqebVpyqebw5mPjXr3ie-4rg2... <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1PAG8kh4Jg_6BNMbkqebVpyqebw5mPjXr3ie-4rg2...>) I’m not sure if anything that’s been published on the DAAR website (https://www.icann.org/octo-ssr/daar <https://www.icann.org/octo-ssr/daar>) applies to this recommendation, given the timing.
