I do not understand the date availability poll. Since there are dates that are not in this list, there are two ways to interpret the poll: (1) selecting a particular date mean that I am available on that day (2) selecting a particular date mean that I am available for a meeting on that day One needs to consider travel to/from the meeting as well.
