Dear Russ, all, Thanks for this comment. Please select dates on which you are available for a face-to-face meeting. Since we don’t yet know the location, you can use the yellow ‘maybe’ option for dates which you would be available for some locations, but not for others due to travel time. You can also send any additional comments that we should consider in planning the meeting to staff via email. I hope that helps.
