Thanks for this comment. Please select dates on which you are available for a face-to-face meeting. Since we don’t yet know the location, you can use the yellow ‘maybe’ option for dates which you would be available for some locations, but not for others due to travel time. You can also send any additional comments that we should consider in planning the meeting to staff via email. I hope that helps. Best, Jennifer

I do not understand the date availability poll. Since there are dates that are not in this list, there are two ways to interpret the poll: (1) selecting a particular date mean that I am available on that day (2) selecting a particular date mean that I am available for a meeting on that day
One needs to consider travel to/from the meeting as well.
