Adobe Connect issues
Hi Staff, As we seem to spend a lot of time dealing with adobe connect technical issues... I've recently brought up with GNSO staff about these issues and announcements during our calls. We don't have these issues on GNSO or Business Constituency calls. They said something is not set up right, we should not be having these issues and to have you raise this up with the help desk to have it fixed. Can you please escalate our issues and give updates on status? Scott I support also maybe staff can ask about the app ... Dear Colleagues, I faced challenges with dial-out where it cut out after few minutes. I reported the same to Secretariat BUT was not helpful. We really need a permanent solution, otherwise mentioning to the SSR2 RT that the problem is out of scope to Vendor X or it might be a problem associated with Vendor Y or Z it even complicate the matter to personally. It does not even provide an alternative to investigate the issue! The issues with Adobe Connect were discussion on today's leadership call. Staff believes that the new setting for our plenary calls will make a better experience for everyone. Brenda has offered to set up test times for anyone that has been experiencing difficulties. Please work with her if you have had trouble in the past. Thanks, Russ
