As mentioned previously, we have made a variety of updates to the handbook based on dependencies that have now cleared up, a restructuring of the criteria section for ease of readability, and comments provided by ASP IRT Sub-Track members on version 2 of the handbook which weren’t previously incorporated. The redline version shows all of the edits we made including minor ones along with comments addressing those edits for transparency. However, it is a bit difficult to read so for our review of the handbook on call we will focus on the clean version and have left comments to facilitate discussion of edits and/or comments we have not yet addressed on call.
