Hi Justine, Thanks for your note and questions. For question 1, the redline shared on-list was the one we discussed during the IRT meeting #81. Based upon that discussion, we are working on a new redline, taking into account the IRT's input re: emphasis on change of control. We'll share that redline once it's ready later this week. I'll take your second question back so we can consider it for the redline we're working on this week. My understanding is that, per the ASP Handbook, we used the definition of affiliation from the Registry Agreement. We'll share an updated redline as soon as it's ready.
