Dear T/T IRT, For our call on Thursday, we¹d like to spend the hour discussing the merits of requesting GNSO input on the issues we¹ve encountered‹and anticipated‹over the course of this implementation project. This path has been increasingly voiced in our last few meetings. Please find attached a set of questions we¹ve put together for your review. The first, fundamental question we¹ll need to answer is: Can we answer these questions ourselves or should we proceed with the GNSO path? Once we have this answered, we can work more on the exact questions we want to ask the GNSO (or answer ourselves). Please have a look at the attached document ahead of our call on Thursday.
