Hi Mark, You are right, we definitely need to look at some external channels and new partnerships if we want to strengthen our communications efforts and spread UA messaging wider. Hard to believe? I couldn't believe it either, but with a combination of a strong channel, a click-bait title, and some jokes, the channel goes about explaining that subject to a wide audience: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KDBpn8fW78 Since I had never seen something remotely as popular as this concerning Internet Governance in general, maybe this is something for us to analyze and understand in order to continue strengthening our communications efforts.
