With respect to ‘big name’ MTAs, my understanding is that both PostFix and Exim MTAs are EAI ready. Once we find someone to perform the EAI evaluation we’ll have a clearer idea of just how ready they (and others) are. Don

When I see them at the M3AAWG meeting in March I can certainly ask them what their EAI plans are. But I can magically predict they'll say that in the markets they serve they don't see a business case yet.
