Looking at experiences in decoding SMTP Errors 4) Development of a Good Practice Guide to EAI a. Case Folding – different approaches b. Dealing with punctuation marks in the local part c. How to deal when a recipient’s mail environment is not EAI Ready We are envisioning that this will be a ½+ day event. This is a heads up.
