I am confused. On Dec 6 the draft report was sent to this mailing list. A number of comments where sent in. Then today I saw an announcement on an external mailing list (Unicode) that a public comment period have started on some version of the document. Questions: Are these the same documents? (I admit I have not done a detailed comparison, but I do not have energy comparing a word document with a PDF at this time of the day...) If so, why did not the public comment period start on Dec 6? If not, why was not a new version sent to this list that was approved before it was opened for public comments? I do have more questions on the process here, but what they are will depend on the responses on these two questions. Patrik Fältström Begin forwarded message:
