Dear all,
I would like to thank you all very much for participating in the online polls. With an overwhelming majority (26/30) you chose that you would like to have the meetings on a fixed day, at a fixed time.
There was also a consensus (30/38) that the time to do this should be 1900 UTC. The most contested decision was for the appropriate day. 29/36 voted for Tuesday, and 27/36 voted for Thursday.
So taking into account that there was a strong consensus for a static day and time I've asked the secretariat to reserve a weekly meeting slot for us on Tuesday for the rest of the year.
We'll be starting with our weekly meeting on the 16th of August at 19:00 UTC (since next week we already have a CCWG plenary planned on Tuesday).
You will receive invites for these meetings from the secretariat shortly, and of course you will receive a proposed agenda and slides from the co-chairs before the meeting.
Thanks you very much for participating in this poll.
Best,
Niels
