Not sure if you are asking me or Isra, but here are some facts: The Pact for the Future is already in rev.2 (as of July 17), so combining the two is highly unlikely at this point of time. The whole idea behind the GDC is that it’s a compact, and it will be an annex to the Pact (it’s not the only one, by the way).
