Wolfgang cc as above Good afternoon. Along with the piece by Pari, I feel your article has stimulated a lot of thought and reflection. Your analysis of recent multilateral agreements was most interesting. I was personally surprised on the agreement on Cybercrime when for some many years many governments (including our own) had argued against a global treaty. Guess (as you say) we are not there yet but hopefully this will end up beneficial to all countries. As to future I am relatively optimistic (compared to where we were say in 2012 with ITU) and see the GDC as quite a positive outcome. While it demonstrated clear process problems (which hopefully can be overcome for WSIS+20) I thought the substance was generally positive. Think it should lay a foundation for WSIS that will take us beyond dissecting Tunis Agenda and endlessly discussing Enhanced Cooperation . We will see.
