We DO however need to make sure to discuss quorum when it comes to decisions of the community member. A prerequisit of any decision making body or voting is to have Quorum , usually simple majority, without that the decision is VOID and INVALID. Please see attached and debate away! I've tried to be clear on its solely advisory nature, and have suggested that this would be the forum to use for the Public Accountability Forum suggestion made by advisors a while ago.
