This is all good stuff. We aren’t going to capture everyone. That said, when we DO get a new active participant, we need to make sure we recognize it and give that volunteer all the tools we can to actively engage. No one is talking about sacrificing anyone, especially if they are meaningfully engaged in the work we do, veterans or not. Simply put, our focus could be on getting active volunteers to the meetings. In any case, we’ll discuss further, for sure.
