I haven't not read ToR carefully but I listened the webinar on Aug,21 when it was presented an my impression was the same as Jordan's - it improved Given the previous comments from ccNSO Council and importance of the Holistic Review I believe we should submit a comment - even if it would be only 'Thanks to drafting team, good job, we are happy with it' I'm happy to participate. We can probably catch up in Hamburg and draft some text. Under the assumption you have no objection, I want to suggest that the drafting team of statement on first ToR, will again prepare the draft.
