Greetings Bart and fellow Council members, Per Bart’s request, Nigel and I spent a considerable part of the weekend reviewing the Draft FAQ regarding ccTLDs that Bart circulated last month. Attached please find a new version of the FAQ (same questions as previously), with answers that Nigel and I believe more accurately reflect current ICANN policy with respect to ccTLDs, based on our experience serving on the Framework of Interpretation Working Group.
