Candidate qualification requirements Further to the skillset included below, ccNSO candidates are expected to have the support of a ccTLD manager (whether members or non-member of the ccNSO). Fellowship Program Mentors: · Mentors generally must plan on a time commitment of approximately 30-40 hours before, during, and immediately after each ICANN Public Meeting.
