Hi Anne, I’m not suggesting it is out of scope. I am pointing out that the Board is still considering the SSAD recommendations and will take into account the final report of the RDRS team. At that point, the Board will either accept the SSAD Recommendations, reject them (and trigger Council’s ability to supplement), or come to the Council proactively before rejecting them to work with us in some what they see fit. Either way, the DNS Abuse Small Team looks to be the wrong place for all of that work to land and is a distraction what we all talked about the team doing.
