LGR is certainly an method to "tear - off" any given language script and position t in a well articulated space of ICANN remit. For me it has always been a great learning experience to manage around this "invariant" basis without much indulgence into geopolitics. Yes. History does teach several lessons. Unfortunately, the Latin Generation Panel decided that those combinations could not be considered when we were working on the original LGR.
